BOOK YOUR HOTEL AND LEGOLAND TICKETS

Accomodation has to be booked directly at the hotels in Billund, and is not included in the conference prices. We have made some deals with the LEGOLAND Hotel and Hotel Propellen, which is situated five minutes from the LEGOLAND Hotel and Conference.

During the conference you have the opportunity to spend your breaks in LEGOLAND, as you have free admission during the conference.

But if you arrive a day early and would like to spend some more time in the park, you can buy a ticket at a special conference price - 125 DKR/17 Euros.

Friday morning you can buy a ticket to go on a LEGOLAND Backstage Tour at the price of 150 DKR/20 Euros.

Legoland Hotel

The LEGOLAND Hotel is the official hotel, where the Learn to Swim Conference takes place.

At the LEGOLAND Hotel, you can book rooms both with or without a theme.

Prices:

Single bedroom:                     1095 DKR/147 Euro pr. night including breakfast

Double bedroom:                    1295 DKR/174 Euro pr. night including breakfast

1 extra person in same room    200 DKR/27 Euro pr. night including breakfast

Please notice that,

• If you only book a single room or a double room, please tick the box next to the right room, and fill out the form with the persons informations.
• If you book several single and/or double rooms, you fill out the form with the number of rooms and information of the person, who is paying for the rooms (ex. The Swedish Swimming Federation). Hotel LEGOLAND needs each persons name and what type of room they are gong to stay in. So when you send the form to reservation@legoland.dk, you also have to write name and room of every person in the E-mail.

Hotel Propellen is located only a five minute walk away from the conference center.

You can choose between different kinds of rooms as listed below:

Single bedroom:                810 DKR/109 Euro pr. night including breakfast

Double bedroom:               1145 DKR/154 Euro pr. night including breakfast

3-bed bedroom:                 1315 DKR/177 Euro pr. night including breakfast

4-bed bedroom:                 1485 DKR/200 Euro pr. night including breakfast
